Terms & Conditions – Hall Hire

The pricing listed is valid from April 2025 until further notice.

Any bookings confirmed prior to April 2025 will be honoured at the previously quoted price.

All new hire agreements signed for dates from 1 April 2025 onwards will be subject to the updated pricing.

1st Sawtell Scout Group reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time at its discretion.

To secure your spot, a deposit of $50 is may be requested at the time of booking which can be paid by credit card over the phone or by same day bank transfer. This deposit is only refundable if cancellation occurs more than two weeks from booking date.
